FREE SERVICES

FAIR CATALOG :
An introductory catalog of 17 x 24 centimeters will be provided in Turkish and English to introduce the firms attending the fair. A black & white page will be allocated to each firm in the catalog free of charge. Attending firms that sign the agreement will need to fill in the form ARTKİM will e-mail with their company info within 30 days following signature. Attending firms whose forms and info are incomplete will be listed with their firm title, address and stand number contained in their agreement.

PUBLICITY:
The fair will be announced to the public with the most effective means of mass communication. E-mails and invitations will be delivered to the 30 thousand addresses in our database to publicize the opening of the fair. Relevant fairs abroad will be visited and ads will be placed in pertinent business periodicals with a view to promoting the fair as best as possible.

COCKTAIL:
Artkim Fuarcılık will hold a cocktail at 19.00 in the evening on the fair’s opening day. Attending firms will enjoy some music in the cocktail.

INFORMATION DESK:
An information desk will be at the service of attending firms and visitors for providing general information. The desk will be managed by Artkim Fuarcılık while the fair is in progress.

MUSIC AND ANNOUNCEMENT:
Artkim Fuarcılık will broadcast uninterrupted music and make the necessary announcements by setting up a capable system.

INTERNET:
Artkim will serve 4 days of wireless internet connection by free of charge.

POWER AND ILLUMINATION:
The illumination of fair halls will be Artkim Fuarcılık’s responsibility. For single phase currency, the outlets provide a power of 220-V whereas the three phase current outlets provide 380-V. For every 3 square meters of standard fair stand, Artkim Fuarcılık will make available a spot light for illumination.
All standard stands will receive a three-plug power socket providing 220-V electricity. Firms attending the fair with their specially decorated stands will be responsible for having connected their power and illumination lines. Or, they may request paid support from Artkim Fuarcılık.

GENERAL CLEANING:
While the fair is in progress, common spaces and hall corridors will be cleaned by Artkim Fuarcılık.

NAME BADGES:
The form in the Attendee Guide pertaining to name badges will be completed and delivered to Artkim Fuarcılık Ltd. Şti. The name badges to be produced afterwards will allow attendees to enter the fair and introduce themselves as stand owners.
Name badges will be produced in triplicate for a 12 square meter stand. Two additional badges will be provided for every additional 10 square meters of stand space. Stand owner badges issued to attendees bear the name of the relevant person. The badges may not be assigned to others. Visiting the fair in the capacity of an attendee is not possible except by wearing the name badges.


PAID SERVICES

ADVERTISING IN THE FAIR CATALOG: You may choose to advertise your firm in the Turkish-English catalog to be distributed at the fair.

TELEPHONE AND FAX:
Upon their demand, attendees can avail themselves of a telephone and fax line at their stands in return for a fee. Telephone, fax, internet line installation and communication fees will be separately calculated by Artkim Fuarcılık and will be charged in advance.

ADDITIONAL POWER SERVICES:
Artkim Fuarcılık has undertaken to provide for every standard stand a three-plug power socket, free 1 kW power use, and a spot light for every 3 square meters of stand space. If these preset limits are exceeded, service will be offered in return for a fee to cover the costs of power and connection requested.
Firms attending the fair with their specially designed stands should definitely pre-request from Artkim Fuarcılık the power connection they will need in the fair.
The fee for 1kW three phase and single phase power connection is € 25 plus VAT.

WATER AND PRESSURIZED AIR:
Attending firms should specify their request for water and pressurized air in the agreement. Attendees will be responsible for the requested water and air connections. Water and air themselves are free of charge.

SECURITY SERVICES:
Given that the fair is spread across a massive space, you may choose to request stand security staff for your valuable materials and belongings in return for a fee.

STAND CLEANING:
Attendees, who wish to have their stands cleaned by staff other than their own, may request paid cleaning service with an application form.


FORK LIFT SERVICE:
During the installation and uninstallation of stands, firms can rent the forklift service for unloading their materials to the stand space and then loading them to trucks.

ADDITIONAL STAND SUPPLIES:
Additional stand supplies (all display materials and equipment, desks, chairs, fridges, lockers and other related furnishings) can be provided by the attending firms themselves. Alternatively, they can be requested from Artkim Fuarcılık by filling in the appropriate forms in the Attendee Guide.

NB: If the request of extra furniture is delivered after the deadline of 10 October 2009, the requested furniture will be delivered with a surcharge of 25%.
